Please join Doorways for Women and Families in the fight to end homelessness in the DC area by participating in the Fannie Mae Foundation's Help the Homeless Walkathon!
The annual Help the Homeless Walkathon raises awareness and critical funds for homeless programs in the Washington DC area. You can join "Team Doorways" and ensure that 100% of your registration benefits our programs for homeless families by going to www.helpthehomelessdc.org and selecting Doorways from the list of beneficiary organizations.
Last year, 110,000 people participated and helped 178 organizations such as Doorways by raising funds to support shelter operations, children's services, transitional housing, job training and more.
