Our Approach
Our Mission and Vision
We envision a community where all people live free of violence and have safe and stable housing.
We see a future without homelessness - or domestic violence. And it’s why we offer safe shelter and housing. Life-changing support services. And community advocacy.
Our Approach
There is no single cause of family homelessness, and no single service that can help families overcome their barriers to independence. Family trauma impacts nearly every aspect of family functioning, so our services target to multiple life areas for adults and children. You’ll find services that are comprehensive, family-centered and strength-based.
Our work continues until individuals and families demonstrate skills to sustain independence and family safety - a contrast to many programs with strict time limits on participation. Simply put, we have not succeeded if one family returns to homelessness or unsafe housing.
Our programs are grounded in evidence-based models that yield optimal outcomes in areas like:
Together, our practices create a winning formula for leading families out of crisis and into stability.
Our Staff
We invest the time, service intensity, and scope of care necessary to teach families to succeed long-term. We come from diverse backgrounds but have the same passion and dedication for seeing families achieve and sustain long-term independence. Meet our staff.
