Featured speaker: Jatson Katz, PhD

Jackson Katz, Ph.D., is internationally renowned for his pioneering work to promote gender equality and prevent gender violence. He is co-founder of Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP), one of the longest-running influential prevention programs in North America. His TED talk, “Violence against Women is a Men’s Issue,” has been viewed more than 3 million times. Jackson holds a Masters from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies and Education from UCLA.
